Walk through Wrocław's Old Town for more than five minutes and you'll trip over your first one. A tiny bronze figure sitting on a windowsill, hiding behind a lamppost, or peeking out from a doorway. These are the dwarfs of Wrocław, known locally as krasnale and they're impossible to miss once you start looking.
