Choosing an experience

Check the selected experience, ticket type, age conditions, destination, date, time, language, duration, meeting point and included services before booking. Photographs and editorial illustrations provide context; the selected product description explains the experience. Prices can depend on the ticket type and option. The booking provider shows availability, currency, any applicable charges and the final total before payment.

Online bookings

Official booking buttons open Peek. Review the information and terms shown for your selected booking before completing payment. The provider's booking confirmation and the conditions for that selected experience govern the reservation. A calendar selection or a message sent through this website does not reserve a place.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

These conditions vary by experience and option. Review the cancellation and rescheduling conditions displayed for your selected booking and in your confirmation. Private groups and events

Private, corporate and Stag & Hen forms request a personalised proposal. The programme, availability, included services, suitability, price, payment arrangements and cancellation conditions are agreed before confirmation. Sending an enquiry does not make a booking or take a payment. Do not send card details in a message.
