Can you organise our whole event, not just a tour?
Yes. Tell us what you want to bring together and we can plan and coordinate the complete event, combining our own experiences with services from our direct partners. From transfers and activities to time on the water or a private gathering, we build the programme around your brief. Your proposal sets out the services and arrangements included.
Can you arrange activities that are not listed on your website?
Absolutely. Our website is a starting point, not the limit of what we can organise. Ask us about boat trips, adventure activities, paragliding, transfers or another idea you have in mind. We work with our direct partners to find suitable options, checking availability and any activity-specific requirements for your group.
Will we have one person coordinating everything?
Yes. Every group has a dedicated concierge from The Walking Parrot, supporting you from the first brief through the event itself and coordinating the agreed arrangements. They bring together our team and direct partners, keep the details aligned and help adapt the plan to your group’s needs.
Is every event tailor-made?
Yes. Every group is different. We shape your programme around the occasion, interests, budget, timing and pace of your group. You can come with a detailed wish list or simply tell us the atmosphere you want to create, and we will develop the ideas with you.
Can you combine transfers, meals and several activities?
Yes. We can bring the different parts together into one coordinated programme, using our own team and direct partners as appropriate. Tell us your preferred activities, transport needs and any fixed timings. We will work through the logistics and specify the agreed services in your proposal.
What kinds of groups and occasions can you help with?
We plan for friends and families, private celebrations, corporate teams, company gatherings and hosted groups. Whether the aim is to celebrate, explore, spend time together or create something more adventurous, the programme is built around your occasion.

How do pricing and booking work?
We prepare a tailored proposal with the programme, included services, price and applicable terms. You can review the details with your contact before confirming. Sending an enquiry does not reserve a date or make a booking; payment and cancellation arrangements are explained before confirmation.
