How your application is handled
The application form is intended for The Walking Parrot recruitment. Your details and CV are used to assess your application and communicate with you about suitable opportunities. When operational, application notifications are sent to hr@thewalkingparrot.com and geral@thewalkingparrot.com. Files are validated and only retained temporarily by the application-processing service; email copies may remain in the recipients’ mailboxes under the applicable retention policy.
Controller, retention and your rights
Draft for legal review: Before production, specify the relevant legal controller(s), privacy contact, lawful bases, retention periods, access restrictions, processors, transfer arrangements, and procedures for data-subject requests. The optional future-opportunities selection must be documented separately. This text is not yet a final privacy notice and must not be used as a production compliance sign-off.
